Service Description

A longer consult including intake forms and processing. We will assess your current situation, and have time to gather your history. This session will include some counselling and body work and assessment. This is an appointment session to learn and witness what is coming up for you and start making a plan for the future. **Please read Welcome and FAQ's document in "Essential Reading" list for further details before first booking.
